Parents seeking admission to UMS for their ward should carefully read the following instructions before filling up the registration form:
Children must fulfill the minimum age requirement as on the 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.
There is no written test for admission in nursery classes’ i.e LKG & UKG..
For admission in next upper classes the student has to qualify the admission test comprising of four subjects, English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science.
(a) Prospectus and Registration form will be issued subject to the availability of seats in the particular class and can be collected from the school after paying Rs. 100 as registration charges.
(b) The registration form should be filled completely and correctly and should be submitted in the office by the parents’. The date of admission test will be communicated at the time of registration.
(c) Registration is no guarantee for the admission and registration fee is non-refundable.
(a) Photocopy of the Date of Birth certificate attested by the Gazetted Officer.
(b) Original Countersigned TC (SLC) of the previous school attended.
(c) Original report card of the previous class passed.
(d) Five passport size photographs.
Failure to submit all the above mentioned documents timely, the student’s admission will be cancelled and no fee would be refunded.
Decision of Selection Committee will be final. List of selected candidates will be displayed on the school notice board. Parents may also enquire on phone.
